Go Nature: AI-Powered Wellness Platform
Built a complete wellness platform replacing 6+ fragmented tools — LMS, health tracking, coach CRM, AI features, and gamification. Web + Android.
In tool costs being replaced
Consolidated into one platform
Across MVP, Phase 2, and Phase 3
From zero AI to AI-powered
The Problem
Go Nature is a wellness education company offering health coaching, obesity management, and nutrition guidance. They ran on a patchwork of tools: nutrition planning software, a separate LMS, manual spreadsheets for tracking, WhatsApp for communication, and multiple payment gateways. Annual cost: $10,000+.
- Coaches switched between 4-5 tools per client interaction
- Clients had no single place to track their health journey
- Zero unified analytics — no way to see at-risk clients, coach effectiveness, or compliance-outcome correlation
What We Built
A complete custom wellness platform — web and Android — unifying every tool Go Nature depended on into a single, AI-powered experience.

Key Engineering Challenges
1. Replacing an Entire Ecosystem
This wasn't "build an LMS" — it was replace 6+ tools with one platform. Every integration point had to be understood, replicated, and improved. The architecture supports 140+ features without becoming unmaintainable.
2. Health Data Accuracy
Coaches make real decisions on this data. We built validation layers, anomaly detection (flagging impossible weight changes), and coach-verified data points to ensure clinical-grade reliability.
3. AI Integration Across Multiple Touchpoints
5 different AI capabilities, each needing different model configs, training data, and reliability thresholds. The Q&A bot needs health content accuracy. The calling bot needs conversational persuasion. Food insights needs proper Indian food handling.
4. Coach-Client Workflow Design
Health coaches aren't technical. Every screen had to be designed for "glance and act". Meal review: see photo, tap thumbs up or leave feedback, done. No learning curve, no training sessions.
5. Gamification That Drives Outcomes
Points and badges for the sake of engagement can be counterproductive in health. The system reinforces clinically meaningful actions: daily check-ins, meal logging compliance, fasting adherence. Leaderboard ranks by compliance score, not vanity metrics.
6. Phased Delivery
140+ features across 3 phases, each needing to feel complete. MVP ships as a coherent product, not a half-finished prototype. Every phase delivers standalone value.
Project Timeline
